“Computer” Word comes from ?


The Word “Computer” is Derived From the Latin word “computare“.  which refers to calculating, summing up, thinking together, to count. 

There are various genuine reason behind invention of computer machines such as –

  • The computer was invented in order to automate mathematical calculations that were previously completed by people.
  • In the 1800’s, printed mathematical tables or logs, which were essentially very long lists of numbers showing the results of a calculation.
  • Some inventions has occurred in order to meet basic human needs.
  • Other invention is to fulfill their own creative desires. Many inventions are inspired by social or economic reasons–by the desire to make life easier and more comfortable or by the need to make money.
